About the position

We are seeking a dedicated Service Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive services and sales, providing exceptional customer service and technical knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers to determine their vehicle issues and service needs
• Provide accurate estimates for repairs and maintenance
• Schedule service appointments and follow up with customers on the status of their vehicles
• Communicate effectively with the service team to ensure timely completion of work
• Recommend necessary services based on vehicle inspections
• Maintain customer records and service history accurately

Requirements

• Previous experience in an automotive service environment, preferably at a dealership
• Knowledge of vehicle maintenance, brake repair, shocks struts, diesel engine repair, and auto estimating
• Strong sales skills with the ability to upsell services
• Familiarity with auto service management practices
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
