About the position

Airstream Orange County is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Service Advisor to join their team. This full-time role involves providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of the service department, with a competitive salary range of $4,000 to $8,000 per month.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist them with their service needs in a friendly and professional manner.
• Schedule service appointments and manage the service department's schedule to ensure timely and efficient completion of repairs.
• Communicate with customers about their RV's service needs and provide accurate estimates of repair costs.
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure they have all necessary parts and equipment to complete repairs.
• Keep customers informed about the status of their repairs and any changes in the estimated completion time.
• Handle and resolve any customer concerns or complaints in a timely and satisfactory manner.
• Ensure that all service records and documentation are accurate and up to date.
• Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and organization of the service department.
• Work closely with the Parts department to ensure timely delivery of parts needed for repairs.
• Stay updated on the latest RV products and services to better serve our customers.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service role, preferably in an automotive or RV dealership setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficient in computer programs and systems used in the service department.
• Knowledge of RVs and RV systems is a plus.
