About the position

The Service Advisor at Jubitz Truck Service Center serves as a crucial link between customers seeking vehicle repairs or maintenance and the service center technicians. This role focuses on providing excellent customer service, preparing estimates, assigning work orders, and ensuring customer satisfaction while contributing to the company's revenue goals. The position emphasizes a commitment to a World Class Customer Experience (WCCE) and involves learning the company's culture and operational procedures during the initial training period.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a liaison between customers and service center technicians.
  • Provide written estimates to customers including time for job completion.
  • Assign work orders to appropriate service technicians.
  • Prepare the customer's final bill.
  • Conduct company business with goals to increase customer satisfaction and revenue.
  • Execute sales programs on behalf of the company in a professional manner.

Requirements

  • Service writing experience strongly preferred.
  • Valid Oregon and/or Washington Driver's License with a clean three-year driving record.
  • Intermediate or proficient computer competency with Microsoft Office.
  • Proficient cash handling skills with prior successful experience working a cash register.
  • Demonstrated ability to create positive business outcomes and facilitate successful problem resolution.
  • Excellent communication skills including reading, writing, listening, and speaking.
  • Demonstrate integrity and ethical standards.
  • Ability to follow all established safety standards.
