About the position

The Customer Experience Supervisor is responsible for managing a profitable service department by ensuring high customer satisfaction, effective staffing, and cost control. This role involves overseeing service activities, maintaining communication with customers regarding their vehicle status, and ensuring that all scheduled work meets customer expectations.

Responsibilities

  • Assist customers with setting service appointments and keep them informed of their vehicle status.
  • Open and close work orders in a timely manner.
  • Research vehicle recalls, services, and repair information using manufacturers' websites.
  • Sell needed vehicle maintenance and repairs in an honest, ethical, courteous, and professional manner.

Requirements

  • 3+ years' experience in a heavy-duty dealership and/or diesel service environment.
  • Strong working knowledge of dealer business systems (e.g., ADP Dealer System).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Proficient in computer and software skills including Microsoft Office Suite.
