About the position

Hinshaw's Honda is looking for a dedicated Service Advisor to join their team. This role is essential in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth sales and service experience for clients. The Service Advisor will work closely with customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate services, all while maintaining the high standards of Hinshaw's Honda, a family-owned business since 1971.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in understanding their service needs and recommend appropriate services.
• Manage service appointments and ensure timely service delivery.
• Communicate effectively with customers regarding service updates and recommendations.
• Maintain a clean and organized service area.
• Collaborate with technicians to ensure customer satisfaction and service quality.

Requirements

• 1+ year experience as a Service Advisor
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and telephone skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding team environment
• Valid driver's license
• Experience with Reynolds & Reynolds preferred
• At least 21 years of age
• Prepared to work in a professional and well-groomed manner.
