About the position

The Service Advisor at Tricolor Auto Group plays a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction by facilitating communication between customers and the service department. Responsibilities

  • Fosters and maintains excellent relations between customers and the store.
  • Answers incoming telephone calls and responds in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Greets all incoming customers in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Writes up incoming customers' work orders.
  • Acknowledges all guidelines and policies as described in the company policy handbook.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English required.
  • Valid Driver's License with a good driving record for the previous 3 years.
  • Strong computer skills.
  • Able to pass a drug test and background check.
  • One year of customer service experience.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in service scheduling, vehicle maintenance, repair estimates, dealership service, or mechanic coordination.
