Cityside Subaru is seeking a full-time Service Advisor to join their team at a state-of-the-art dealership in Belmont, MA. This role is crucial in ensuring customers receive prompt and effective service, contributing to a positive customer experience in one of the highest volume Subaru service departments in the Northeast. The position offers a steady flow of work with a simple pay plan that includes an hourly wage and monthly commission, along with a supportive family environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service.
• Take ownership of the customer's experience by carrying out additional assignments to leave a positive impression.
• Advise customers on necessary/suggested services and costs, including special promotions.
• Follow the status of a customer's vehicle from service bay entry through completion of work.
• Keep customers informed of any changes that occur during the service process.
• Review the work order with the customer upon completion of work.
• Provide a completely satisfied customer experience.
• Maintain a record of carryover vehicles.
• Maintain a record of special order parts status.
• Document flat rate time or other required timekeeping according to procedures.
