About the position

The Service BDC Manager will oversee the Service Scheduling Department, ensuring that the service department's schedule is optimized for efficiency across two Kia franchises and one Ford franchise. This role involves managing a small team and facilitating communication through phone calls and emails to coordinate service appointments effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the Service Scheduling Department for two Kia franchises and one Ford franchise.
  • Ensure the service department schedule is set and filled for maximum efficiency.
  • Oversee a team of 3-4 individuals in scheduling tasks.
  • Facilitate outbound and inbound phone calls and emails related to service appointments.

Requirements

  • Experience with Dealertrack and XTime is a plus.
  • Kia and Ford experience is a plus.
  • Excellent phone skills are required.
  • Ability to type grammatically correct emails.
