Responsibilities

• Communicates effectively with customers and prospects
• Gains knowledge of all dealership products and services
• Drives traffic for the service department by setting appointments
• Handles incoming service calls
• Must be willing and able to handle 50+ calls each day
• Meets production goals and expectations by reaching out to assigned service prospects
• Maintains professional appearance
• Performs other duties as assigned such as service customer outreach

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Good phone and computer literacy skills
• Ability to make a minimum of 30 outbound calls daily
• Pleasant and engaging phone personality
• Team oriented atmosphere
• Call Center, collections, inside sales experience a plus
• Strong record of positive Customer Satisfaction results
