About The Position
North Hills Toyota is a leading automotive dealership committed to providing exceptional customer service and high-quality vehicles. We pride ourselves on our friendly and professional team, and we're looking for a dedicated Service BDC Representative to join us. In this position, you will be the first point of contact for our service customers. Schedule rotates very slightly. In general, it will be Monday through Friday 7:00 am - 3:00 pm OR 10:00 am - 6:00 pm. It would be required to work every 3rd Saturday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. (You would get a day off during the week)
