About the position

The Service Billing Specialist at CSTK Inc. is responsible for managing service billing and invoicing processes, ensuring accuracy in work orders, and maintaining service reports. Responsibilities

• Compile and maintain service reports and records.
• Review work orders for accuracy and timely enter in service system.
• Issue receipts, refunds, credits, or change due to customers.
• Obtain purchase orders and close completed invoices in a timely manner.
• Perform general office duties including filing and payables.

Requirements

• Prior customer service work experience including billing/invoicing and scheduling.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong computer skills.
• Good attendance and safety record.

Nice-to-haves

• Prior service billing/invoicing experience and scheduling experience preferred.
