About the position
The Service Cashier at Red McCombs Hyundai Northwest is responsible for processing repair orders and managing daily transaction documentation. This role is essential in providing excellent customer service and ensuring accurate financial transactions within the service department.
Responsibilities
- Processes repair orders
- Maintains records of daily transaction documentation
- Calculates discounts, coupons, and charges and applies them to proper accounts on repair orders
- Assists with phone calls
- Provides customers with the proper change and/or receipts
- Files repair orders as directed by service department management
- Answers the service department telephone, transfers calls, and takes written messages when needed.

- Cash handling experience preferred
