About the position

The Overnight Service Center Advisor at Sapp Bros., Inc. plays a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of service center activities. This position involves managing service tickets, overseeing technician assignments, and maintaining safety and cleanliness in the work environment. The advisor is expected to contribute to a 5-Star experience for guests while supporting inventory and fleet account management.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service, from greeting guests to managing service tickets.
• Assign jobs to technicians and ensure timely, quality repairs.
• Oversee safety procedures, including Lock Out Tag Out compliance.
• Assist with inventory, sales, and fleet account management.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED or equivalent, preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of previous related experience in a service advisor or service writer role, preferred.
• Experience with typing or keyboarding.
• Physical presence at assigned work site, required.
• Valid Driver's License with a good driving record.
