Responsibilities
- Assist the Checker with scanning customer orders by efficiently unloading groceries from shopping carts and baskets.
- Carefully bag groceries while maintaining friendly conversation with customers.
- Assist customers with order carry-outs.
- Follow all front-end procedures, assist with stocking shelves and facing as needed.
- Maintain a clean and orderly front end area and perform other cleaning duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older with a high school graduate certificate or equivalent.
- Strong work ethic and initiative with good attendance.
- Strong communication skills including verbal and written.
- Knowledgeable and enthusiastic about food and food trends.
- Ability to work well with other associates to create a productive, positive, and fun environment.
- Availability for weekend and holiday shifts is required.
