The Service Contracts and Onboarding Specialist will assist in identifying and systematizing the operational obligations from our global commercial energy contracts. They will review contracts to identify standard and non-standard obligations and ensure that the obligations are cataloged, organized, and traceable for successful fulfilment. The Specialist will also work to drive improvements in Standard Operating Procedures, documenting the changes to the new and improved process, and providing regular updates to the overall program. The role requires cross-functional work with multiple internal stakeholders, such as Sales, Legal, System Performance, Asset Management, and Financial Operations. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills are essential, as well as the ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
