About the position

The Service Coordinator at DeBra-Kuempel Inc. plays a crucial role in ensuring quality and timely service delivery to customers and the corporate office. This position involves administrative support, scheduling technicians, preparing contracts, and maintaining effective communication within the organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administrative tasks and accounting, along with excellent communication skills to interact with various levels of the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Work with account manager and team members to provide quality and timely service to customers and corporate office.
  • Schedule technicians to meet customer needs.
  • Prepare contracts for implementation and invoicing.
  • Maintain effective communication within the organization to the appropriate team members.
  • Provide quality administrative support, including producing and maintaining letters, invoicing, spreadsheets, and reports.
  • Perform tasks effectively and confidently, occasionally without supervision.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3-5 years of recent administrative support experience.
  • Minimum 2 years of accounting experience preferred.
  • Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to interact with all levels of the organization in a positive and proactive manner.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.

Nice-to-haves

  • Knowledge/experience within a mechanical contracting firm.
  • Knowledge of AIA forms, certified payroll, and prevailing wage forms.
