About the position

The Service Coordinator / Office Administrator role is designed to provide exceptional customer service and administrative support within a hybrid work environment. The position involves being the first point of contact for clients, managing records, and assisting client service specialists with various tasks to ensure a smooth operation.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for all clients, answering phone calls, responding to emails, contact requests, and text messages.
  • Record client information in the company CRM to maintain accurate data.
  • Perform general record-keeping, organizing company data, and filing documents.
  • Support client service specialists by managing schedules, creating job lists, drafting estimates, finalizing invoices, and performing client follow-ups and reminders.

Requirements

  • Ability to think independently and solve problems effectively.
  • Strong ownership of work responsibilities.
  • Basic understanding of Google Sheets.
  • Familiarity with CRMs.
  • Clear verbal and written communication skills.
  • Client service experience.
  • Ability to comprehend technical information in written and verbal form.
