About the position

The HVAC Service Coordinator plays a crucial role in facilitating the efficient and effective operation of HVAC service teams. This position is responsible for coordinating scheduling, dispatching, and administrative functions related to HVAC service operations, ensuring timely and quality service delivery to customers.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with customers and service technicians to schedule service calls, installations, and maintenance visits.
• Dispatch technicians to job sites based on urgency, location, and technician availability.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing updates on service schedules, technician arrivals, and any changes to appointments.
• Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Create, update, and maintain work orders in the scheduling system.
• Coordinate with the procurement team to ensure timely availability of parts and materials required for service jobs.
• Maintain inventory records, track usage, and reorder supplies as needed.
• Provide administrative support to service technicians, including technical documentation and coordination of training programs.
• Monitor service activities to ensure compliance with company standards, safety regulations, and industry best practices.
• Generate reports on service performance metrics, such as response times, job completion rates, and customer satisfaction scores.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of Service Coordination and Dispatch experience.
• Valid Driver's License.
