The Service Coordinator position at Ahern involves supporting the Operations Manager, Superintendents, and Field Staff in Milwaukee, WI. Responsibilities
- Support the Operations Manager and Superintendents in daily operations.
- Schedule and dispatch technicians for service calls.
- Run weekly and monthly trending reports.
- Forecast labor needs for upcoming projects.
- Maintain and answer questions regarding Maintenance Contracts.
- Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers.
- Handle incoming service calls and respond to customer requests.
- Obtain customer purchase orders and manage invoicing and billing questions.
Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of experience in a customer service-related industry.
- Strong attention to detail and exceptional customer service skills.
- Excellent decision-making, organizational, and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work independently as well as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required.
- An Associate's degree in an applicable program is preferred.
