About the position

The Service Delivery Associate Consultant position is part of a two-year development program at Siemens, designed to provide participants with valuable experience through three rotations within the Service Delivery team. This role focuses on supporting various functions, including learning services, field service, and technical support, with the goal of enhancing customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. Participants will engage in hands-on learning and collaboration with industry experts, while also being expected to travel and potentially relocate during the program.

Responsibilities

• Collaborating with industry experts to learn Siemens best practices
• Participating in estimating, planning, and scheduling deliverables and tasks
• Impacting customers' initiatives and business drivers
• Providing support to control scope, cost, implementation, and quality
• Consulting with users, management, and stakeholders
• Supporting customers to resolve problems
• Working closely with various groups to achieve defined outcomes

Requirements

• Completed Associate's degree from a 2-year technical program in Engineering Technology, Industrial Technology, Mechatronics, Machine Tool Technology, or a related field with a minimum 3.0 GPA
• Proven electro-mechanical aptitude based on previous experience and/or education
• Ability to read and understand technical documentation
• Must be able to use hand-tools, laptop, email, smartphone, and tablet
• Ability to work in a team environment providing dedicated support to customers
• Valid driver's license in good standing
• Legally authorized for employment in the United States without requiring employer-sponsored work authorization

Nice-to-haves

• Candidate is within one year of graduating with an Associate's degree from a technical program
