About the position

The Service Delivery Center Senior position at EY focuses on providing exceptional testing subject matter expertise within the Financial Services Organization. The role involves collaborating with clients to drive transformational change in application testing services, ensuring quality assurance for complex testing projects, and fostering an inclusive team environment. As a senior member of the team, you will influence clients and engagement teams, helping to resolve complex issues that impact the financial services industry.

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional testing subject matter expertise and solve complex problems for clients.
  • Drive transformational change in application testing services delivery.
  • Plan, implement, and ensure quality assurance for large complex testing projects.
  • Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) in collaboration with business organizations.
  • Coach team members to foster an innovative and inclusive work environment.
  • Share knowledge and develop engagement tools to build practice capability.
  • Develop client relationships and support sales efforts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Accounting, Finance or a related field.
  • Approximately 3 years of relevant work experience.
  • At least 2 years of Guidewire experience.
  • Experience working in the insurance sector.
  • Excellent collaboration and teaming skills in diverse environments.
  • Technical competency in Test Strategy & Operating Model Development, Testing Center of Excellence, IT Transformation Program Management, Test Automation Framework Architecture, Agile Test Management, User Acceptance Test Coordination, IT Organizational Change Management, Performance Testing Program Management, Customer Relationship Management, Enterprise Resource Planning, Enterprise Data Management, IT Life cycle Management or IT Delivery Management.

Nice-to-haves

  • Approximately 1 year of financial services experience, including prior consulting experience.
  • Guidewire certifications.
  • Relevant industry certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, CBCP, ITIL, PMP or other specialized IT certifications.
  • A go-getter attitude with a passion for continuous learning and improvement.
