About the position

The Service Delivery Coordinator II at BeyondReach is responsible for managing and coordinating project plans to ensure successful implementation and delivery of connectivity solutions. This role involves collaborating with internal teams, maintaining project schedules, and ensuring quality control throughout the project lifecycle. The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic environment, possess strong organizational skills, and be adept at building relationships across teams to facilitate project success.

Responsibilities

  • Create schedules and ensure quality control within project objectives.
  • Develop and clarify project scopes, objectives, detailed work plans, resource plans, communications, project deliverables, status reports, and budgets as needed.
  • Coordinate project plans and team assignments, leading and monitoring work efforts, and escalating issues when appropriate.
  • Track key project milestones and adjust project plans and/or resources to ensure timely delivery within budget and quality standards.
  • Initiate client invoicing as agreed-upon in the Statement of Work.
  • Prepare and communicate updates and statuses throughout the project life cycle.
  • Assess out-of-scope work and coordinate billing for such items with clients and relevant departments.
  • Design, drive, and implement point-to-point (PTP) and point-to-multi-point (PTMP) solutions.
  • Negotiate best prices, terms, and conditions for contract purchases, including preparing purchase orders and placing orders.
  • Obtain permits from municipalities for project installations when needed.

Requirements

  • 3 years of experience in a related field preferred.
  • Industry standard technology certifications.
  • Operational knowledge of Project Management principles and methodologies.
  • Competent organizational and planning skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Adept knowledge in service delivery fundamentals related to service implementation and functionality.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (2010 or higher).
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to maintain composure in conflict situations and adapt to changing team roles.
  • Experience in reviewing and analyzing project status using tools and reporting.
  • Understanding of IP networks and circuits (DIA, Broadband).
  • Knowledge of Wireless PTP/PTMP.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in coordinating field service vendors for installations.
  • Ability to research lease agreements for tower space, land, and rooftops.
  • Experience in acquiring permits for power and cell tower construction.
