About the position
The Service Delivery Intern position is designed for students currently pursuing a degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field. This full-time internship, running from June 2nd, 2025 to August 1st, 2025, offers an opportunity to work on a team focused on delivering quality service to clients while identifying trends and areas for improvement in service delivery.
Responsibilities
- Participate in review of periodic engagement metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Work as part of a team to identify and implement continuous improvement activities for engagements
- Review incidents reported by the business and analyze for possible trends
- Learn and experience the service delivery process at CAI
- Assist in Statement of Work (SOW) and proposal development
- Learn people management skills
- Create documentation as part of the support process
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a college degree program in Business, Information Technology, or Information Systems
- Current Junior with a 3.5 GPA or higher
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work well independently or collaboratively as part of a team
- Analytical, detail-oriented, and organized with excellent time management skills
- Critical thinker with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and ability to keep records and files organized
