About the position
The Service Delivery Intern will work collaboratively within a team to identify trends and areas for improvement in service delivery while gaining hands-on experience in client service operations. This full-time internship is designed for students pursuing a degree in Business or Information Systems, providing an opportunity to learn about the company's service delivery processes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Participate in review of periodic engagement metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Work as part of a team to identify and implement continuous improvement activities for our engagements
- Review incidents as reported by the business and analyze for possible trends
- Learn and experience what CAI does to deliver our services
- Assist in SOW and proposal development
- Learn people management
- Create documentation as part of the support process
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a college degree program in a Business, Information Technology or Information Systems related major
- Current Junior with a 3.5 GPA or higher
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work well independently or collaboratively as part of a team
- Must be analytical, detail-oriented and organized with excellent time management skills and a positive attitude
- Critical thinker with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and ability to keep records and files organized
