About The Position

The Service Delivery Manager is responsible for managing service and operations to ensure customer satisfaction while meeting agreed service levels and budget constraints. This role involves planning and managing the delivery of approved products using agile methodologies, developing stakeholder relationships, and ensuring effective communication and issue management. The manager will also focus on continuous improvement of product delivery and governance materials, while guiding and coaching a team of support specialists.
