About the position

The Service Delivery Senior Manager at Kforce is responsible for overseeing project management within a designated practice area, ensuring successful delivery of services and solutions to clients. This role involves managing a portfolio of projects, providing guidance to project teams, and identifying opportunities for business growth. The Senior Manager is expected to maintain high customer satisfaction, optimize team performance, and contribute to the development of best practices within the organization.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project management of a portfolio of project services and solutions for Kforce customers.
• Provide direct assistance to Project Consultants throughout the engagement phases.
• Ensure delivery of services that meet or exceed customer expectations.
• Optimize existing teams for efficiency and delivery capabilities, while mentoring team members.
• Maintain an accurate dashboard of project statuses for the assigned portfolio.
• Manage post-sale delivery of Advanced Services, including performance management and compliance.
• Contribute to client proposals to drive business growth.
• Facilitate risk mitigation across accounts with multiple Kforce projects.
• Develop best practices within the team and practice area.
• Promote thought leadership on engagements to enhance client experience.
• Identify expansion opportunities in collaboration with Kforce internal teams.
• Provide oversight and guidance to Service Delivery Consultants and Managers.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years of related product/business experience within the consulting industry.
• Specialized education or expertise in App Engineering, Cloud, Data, or Digital.
• 8+ years leading a team on technology engagements.

Nice-to-haves

• Industry leading certifications in one of the practice areas (App Engineering, Cloud, Data, Digital).
• PMP or PMI-ACP certification.
