About the position

The Service Department Administrator at Joe Warren & Sons Co., Inc. (JWS) is responsible for providing essential administrative support to the Service Department, ensuring efficient operations and high customer satisfaction. This role requires multitasking and the ability to thrive under pressure, contributing to the company's continued success.

Responsibilities

  • Efficiently manage inbound correspondence, including phone calls, emails, and faxes, and direct them to the appropriate department.
  • Deliver prompt, accurate, and consistent responses to both customers and team members.
  • Provide continuous updates on job statuses to internal teams and JWS customers.
  • Conduct weekly follow-ups with customers to gauge satisfaction and address any concerns.
  • Actively contribute to fostering a positive work environment and nurturing the company's culture.
  • Undertake additional administrative tasks as assigned, including proposal approval process and follow through on execution, fire permit application processing & oversight, third party website portal management, and client & data entry.

Requirements

  • Experience in customer service or service-related industries is preferred.
