About The Position

The Service Desk Engineer (2nd Shift) is responsible for providing technical support to a diverse range of customers across various industries. This role requires strong technical skills, excellent troubleshooting abilities, and a commitment to customer service. The engineer will work in a hybrid environment, primarily during the 2pm-11pm CST shift, and will be involved in resolving end-user issues, managing tickets, and providing proactive technical support.
