We are seeking a skilled Service Desk Engineer to join our dynamic team. The Service Desk Engineer will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting our systems at customer sites. In this position, you will be tasked with installing, commissioning, and maintaining specific products and systems at various customer locations. You will provide technical support and troubleshooting expertise during installations and service visits, ensuring that all customer needs are met promptly and efficiently. Regular preventive maintenance and calibration of equipment will also be part of your responsibilities, helping to ensure that our systems remain in optimal working condition. You will be expected to respond promptly to customer service requests, ensuring effective resolution of issues. Accurate documentation of service activities, parts usage, and repairs is essential for maintaining records and improving service delivery. Collaboration with cross-functional teams will be necessary to enhance product performance and customer satisfaction. Additionally, you will train customers on the proper use and maintenance of our products and systems, empowering them to utilize our technology effectively.

Requirements
