About the position

The Service Desk Technician role is a remote, tier 1-2 technical support position focused on assisting internal customers with various technology-related issues. Technicians will handle an average of 20-30 calls per day, providing support for tasks such as password resets, network troubleshooting, and computer replacements, utilizing ServiceNow for ticket management.

Responsibilities

  • Provide tier 1-2 technical support to internal customers.
  • Handle an average of 20-30 calls per day regarding technology assistance.
  • Assist with password resets, network troubleshooting, and computer replacements.
  • Utilize ServiceNow for managing support tickets.

Requirements

  • 1-2+ years of previous tier 1/2 level helpdesk experience.
  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Experience working in a collaborative environment with a diverse group of people.

Nice-to-haves

  • A+ or Google IT Certificate is a plus.
  • ServiceNow experience is preferred.
  • Previous remote work experience is preferred.
