Your organizational skills will be essential as you manage multiple tasks simultaneously, ensuring that all service requests are handled promptly and effectively. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in dispatching or customer service, with at least three years of relevant experience. Familiarity with dispatch software, particularly Service Titan, is preferred, as is knowledge of the HVAC industry. You will be expected to operate a multi-line phone system and possess geographical knowledge of the service area to optimize scheduling and service delivery. This position offers a competitive hourly wage of up to $28, depending on experience, and requires availability for overtime as needed.
