About the position

As a Service Driver at Nalley Kia, you will play a crucial role in enhancing customer experiences by providing shuttle transportation for customers whose vehicles are being serviced. This position emphasizes strong communication skills and a positive attitude, as you will be interacting with customers and assisting them during their visit to the dealership. Your contributions will help redefine the car-buying experience and support the service staff in delivering exceptional service.

Responsibilities

• Provide shuttle transportation to customers having their vehicles serviced.
• Meet and greet customers in the service lounge/drive.
• Assist customers to and from the shuttle.
• Transport guests to and from the dealership while their vehicle is being repaired.
• Operate the vehicle safely in close quarters.
• Assist fellow team members as needed.

Requirements

• Must be at least eighteen years of age.
• Must have a valid Driver's License.
• Ability to pass pre-employment screening (background and drug test).
• Strong communication skills.
• Positive attitude.
