Requirements

• Master's degree preferred.
• 5 years of experience in education, healthcare, training, organizational development or communication required.
• Solid people management skills and experience required.
• Valid driver's license and insurability by Avera Health automobile liability insurance carrier.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a content expert on patient experience surveys and collaborate with clinical leaders and providers.
• Share data and promote best practices to improve patient experience.
• Create action steps toward improvement based on survey results.
• Oversee Avera's expectations on service excellence with a focus on reducing variation in performance.
• Direct communication regarding patient experience surveys, including CAHPS and VBP.
