About the position

The Automotive Sales Associate at Pag Cdjr Ln Llc is responsible for building relationships with service customers and assisting them in selecting vehicles for upgrade from the service department. This role requires a strong understanding of product offerings and the ability to perform professional vehicle demonstrations, ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering referral business.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with service customers and assist them in selecting a vehicle for upgrade from the service department.
• Be the vehicle expert, knowing the ins & outs of product offerings, optional packages, and latest technology.
• Perform high-quality and professional demonstrations of new/used vehicles.
• Follow up with buyers to ensure referral business.
• Learn to overcome objections and thrive in sales situations.
• Direct report to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses.
• Keep the lot neat and orderly as a team.
• Other job duties as assigned by your manager.

Requirements

• Must have a valid driver license and a clean driving record.
