About the position

Ray Catena BMW and MINI of Westchester is seeking a Service Greeter to serve as the first point of contact for customers visiting the dealership. This role involves welcoming guests, coordinating front-desk activities, and ensuring a pleasant experience for all visitors. The ideal candidate will possess strong multitasking abilities and stress management skills, as well as a friendly demeanor to create a positive impression of the dealership.

Responsibilities

• Greets customers in the service department during morning rush hour and obtains basic customer information.
• Answers initial questions from the customer.
• Acts as the first and last impression of the dealership.

Requirements

• Friendly and customer service focused.
• Reliable and able to multi-task under pressure.
• Able to walk and stand for long periods of time and work outside.
• Maintains a professional appearance at all times.
• Bilingual is a plus.
• Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.
