About the position

We seek a highly motivated and experienced Implementation Partner to join the Bridgestone Shared Services team responsible for seamlessly integrating and migrating processes and services into the Shared Service Delivery Model. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record of success in managing complex implementation projects, overseeing multiple concurrent migrations, and fostering strong collaboration with cross-functional partners. They will play a pivotal role in onboarding processes and services, ensuring their alignment with Shared Services best practices and principles. The Implementation Partner will manage the migration and implementation of new services into the Shared Services team, ensuring adherence to established standards and methodologies. This role involves assessing and scoping projects for estimated impact, effort, and timelines, as well as developing and implementing comprehensive process maps to enhance operational efficiency and streamline workflows. The candidate will also optimize incoming services to align them with Shared Services best practices and maximize their value for the organization. In addition, the Implementation Partner will manage multiple implementation requests, prioritizing tasks effectively and ensuring timely project completion. Collaboration is key, as the candidate will work closely with clients, stakeholders, and the delivery team to foster open communication, address concerns, and achieve shared objectives. Furthermore, the role includes supporting the development of training content and knowledge management techniques to disseminate Shared Services principles and practices throughout the organization. Proactively identifying and managing risks, timelines, and budgets will be essential to ensure project success and resource optimization.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the migration and implementation of new services into the Shared Services team, ensuring adherence to established standards and methodologies.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in managing and executing complex implementation projects, demonstrating a proven ability to deliver results under pressure.
  • In-depth knowledge of Shared Services principles, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Demonstrated expertise in developing and implementing process maps to enhance operational efficiency and streamline workflows.
  • Experience in optimizing services to align them with Shared Services principles and maximize their value for the organization.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster collaboration, build strong relationships, and effectively manage stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve shared goals, demonstrating adaptability and problem-solving skills.
