About the position

Rock Hill Nissan, a Hudson Automotive Company, is actively seeking an Experienced Service Lane Manager to join our award-winning, high-volume service team. The position offers a yearly earning potential of over $100k and emphasizes the importance of being a strong mentor and employee coach. Responsibilities

  • Develop, coach, and mentor Service Drive Staff.
  • Deliver a strong customer experience.
  • Guide customers throughout the service process.
  • Maintain accountability of supervised staff.
  • Implement and follow a strong T.O. process.
  • Oversee and maintain a strong CSI follow-up process.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of previous Service Advisor experience.
  • Proven experience in service lane management.
  • Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software, preferably CDK.
  • Strong emotional intelligence.
