About the position

The Service Lead/Keyholder at Lolli & Pops plays a crucial role in the leadership team, responsible for ensuring a positive guest experience while driving store-level financial and operational results. This part-time position involves engaging with guests, training team members, and maintaining store standards, all while embodying the company's values of guest dedication, collaboration, agility, authenticity, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Help drive store-level financial and operational results by monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and taking appropriate actions to achieve targets.
  • Keep the team focused on guest engagement, product sampling, and sharing product knowledge.
  • Maximize team performance through product knowledge education, coaching selling skills, and leading by example.
  • Assist in training, developing, and motivating team members.
  • Assist the Store Manager with paperwork, ordering, and inventory management.
  • Maintain visual and merchandising standards and ensure store cleanliness.
  • Enforce all policies, procedures, and operational directives consistently and effectively by all team members.
  • Act as a champion of Lolli & Pops inside and outside of the store.
