About the position

The Service Lot Porter plays a crucial role in supporting the Service Department at Toyota of Orlando by maintaining the cleanliness of the service shop and parking lots, as well as transporting vehicles for service and inventory control. This position is essential for ensuring efficient dealership operations and providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Valet parks and delivers vehicles in accordance with policy and under direction of the Service department.
• Maintains cleanliness of the Service department, including operating floor machines, sweeping, and disposing of trash and tires.
• Assists the Service department in moving vehicles to ensure efficient dealership operations.
• Ensures the Service department/shop is clean, neat, and ready for the next day of business.
• May pick-up or deliver customers as requested using dealership vehicles.
• Washes Service customer vehicles as needed.

Requirements

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Valid Driver's License and clean driving record.
• Must consent to and pass a drug/background screen.
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Enthusiasm, strong communication skills, positive attitude, ambition, work ethic, professional conduct, high integrity, and dedication to personal improvement.
