About the position

The Service Management & Operations Manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) is responsible for leading teams to help clients transform their IT operations through innovative technology solutions and effective service management practices. This role focuses on enhancing the business relationship between PwC and major cloud service providers, enabling clients to adopt cloud technologies that optimize their operations and improve service delivery. The manager will work on developing strategies to address gaps in cloud service delivery and service management proficiency, while also fostering a purpose-led and values-driven culture within the team.

Responsibilities

  • Develop new skills outside of comfort zone.

  • Analyze complex ideas or proposals and build meaningful recommendations.
  • Use multiple sources of information to develop solutions and recommendations.

  • Develop a point of view on key global trends and their impact on clients.
  • Manage a variety of viewpoints to build consensus and create positive outcomes.

  • Uphold the firm's code of ethics and business conduct.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in service management or related areas.
  • Master's degree preferred.
  • Certifications in ITIL 4, COBIT, ISO 27001, ServiceNow, BMC Helix, Flexera, and Jira Service Management are preferred.
  • Extensive knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform) and their key technologies.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with DevSecOps transformations.
  • Knowledge of IT Financial Management and cost asset management.
  • Familiarity with industry-leading discovery technologies (SCCM, Tanium, Armis, Intune).
