About the position

The Service Management & Operations Manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) will focus on enhancing the business relationship between PwC and major cloud service providers like Google, HP, Microsoft, Oracle, and SAP. This role involves helping clients adopt cloud technologies to transform their IT operations, streamline processes, and create new business opportunities. The manager will lead a team in designing and implementing strategies to improve service delivery and management proficiency, ultimately driving revenue and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Develop new skills outside of comfort zone.
  • Act to resolve issues which prevent the team from working effectively.
  • Coach others, recognize their strengths, and encourage personal development.
  • Analyze complex ideas or proposals and build meaningful recommendations.
  • Use multiple sources of information to develop solutions and recommendations.

  • Use data and insights to inform conclusions and support decision-making.
  • Develop a point of view on key global trends and their impact on clients.
  • Manage a variety of viewpoints to build consensus and create positive outcomes.
  • Simplify complex messages, highlighting and summarizing key points.
  • Uphold the firm's code of ethics and business conduct.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in service management or related areas.
  • Master's degree preferred.
  • Certifications in ITIL 4, COBIT, ISO 27001, ServiceNow, BMC Helix, Flexera, and Jira Service Management are preferred.
  • Extensive knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform) and their key technologies.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with DevSecOps transformations.
  • Knowledge of IT Financial Management and cost asset management.
  • Familiarity with industry-leading discovery technologies (SCCM, Tanium, Armis, Intune).
