About the position

The Service Management & Operations Manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) will focus on enhancing the business relationship between PwC and major cloud service providers like Google, HP, Microsoft, Oracle, and SAP. This role involves leading teams to help clients adopt cloud technologies, streamline operations, and improve service delivery. The manager will be responsible for designing and implementing strategies to address gaps in cloud service delivery and service management, ultimately transforming IT operations into revenue sources while ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in service management or related areas.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Certifications in ITIL 4, COBIT, ISO 27001, ServiceNow, BMC Helix, Flexera, and Jira Service Management are preferred.
• Extensive knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform) and their key technologies.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with DevSecOps transformations.
• Knowledge of IT Financial Management and cost asset management.
• Familiarity with IT Asset Management and IT Cloud Financial Management.
