About the position

The Service Management & Operations Manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) will focus on enhancing the business relationship between PwC and major cloud service providers like Google, HP, Microsoft, Oracle, and SAP. This role involves helping clients adopt cloud technologies to transform their IT operations, streamline processes, and create new business opportunities. The manager will lead a team in designing and implementing strategies to improve service delivery and management proficiency, ultimately driving revenue and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in service management or related areas.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Certifications in ITIL 4, COBIT, ISO 27001, ServiceNow, BMC Helix, Flexera, and Jira Service Management are preferred.
• Extensive knowledge of IT Service Management modules and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Experience in managing client needs and delivering projects from scoping to conclusion.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with DevSecOps transformations.
• Knowledge of IT Financial Management and cost asset management.
• Familiarity with cloud discovery technologies and their integration with ServiceNow.
