About the position

The Service Manager - First Aid and Safety at Cintas is responsible for directly managing the customer-facing service team. This role involves hiring, performance management, and providing leadership to ensure a safe working environment. The manager will resolve customer-related issues, train the team on effective sales techniques, and maintain high customer satisfaction while achieving sales, profit, inventory, and payroll goals.

Responsibilities

  • Directly manage the customer-facing service team.
  • Hire and manage performance of team members.
  • Foster a safe working environment.
  • Resolve customer-related issues successfully.
  • Train team on effective sales techniques.
  • Perform goodwill activities at customer sites to maintain high customer satisfaction.
  • Achieve sales, profit, inventory, and payroll goals.
  • Manage budget and operational issues affecting service.
  • Provide hands-on support to direct reports, including accompanying service representatives or visiting customers alone when necessary.
  • Drive a company-owned vehicle to and from customer locations.
  • Lift, carry, and walk Cintas products in and out of customer accounts.

Requirements

  • Valid driver's license.
  • High School Diploma/GED; Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience preferred.

Nice-to-haves

  • Management experience.
  • Experience in industrial sales or customer service.
  • Availability to start within two weeks after offer made/accepted.
