As an Apartment Maintenance Supervisor at MAA, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our apartment homes and facilities are maintained to the highest standards. Your primary responsibilities will include responding promptly and courteously to service requests, ensuring an adequate supply of market-ready apartments to meet leasing demands, and maintaining the property appearance to meet or exceed MAA standards. Additionally, you will assist in hiring, training, and developing the assigned maintenance staff, which may include painters and landscaping personnel.
