About the position

The Service Manager Trainee is responsible for the overall operation of the store and service center, focusing on motivational leadership to achieve sales and customer service goals. This role ensures compliance with safety regulations and company policies while developing a high-performance team through effective direction and support.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the effective operation of the store and service center.
• Deliver expected sales and customer service throughout the unit.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Provide technical, administrative, operational, and motivational direction to the team.
• Maintain merchandise presentation and facility upkeep.

Requirements

• Two years of related experience in retail management, preferably in automotive.
• Completion of a two-year college or technical school program.
• Current, valid driver's license issued in the state of residence.
• Equipment Safety Certification.
