About the position

The Flexjet Service Manager is a crucial role focused on ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. This position involves resolving real-time issues for Owners, facilitating communication, and collaborating with various internal teams to enhance the overall service experience. The Service Manager acts as a key point of contact for Owners, ensuring their concerns are addressed promptly and effectively, thereby contributing to the success of the Flexjet brand.

Responsibilities

• Engage on Owner calls to facilitate real-time and follow-up discussions.
• Provide direct contact details to Owners for regular communication.
• Complete product, business, and messaging training.
• Familiarize with the Flexjet business, Owners, and cross-functional partners.
• Influence Owner outcomes by leading and coordinating resolution pathways.
• Proactively identify and advance prior account issues.
• Discover root causes of issues and apply findings for preventative measures.
• Partner with Leadership to translate business needs into product requirements.
• Maintain open communication with Owners regarding their satisfaction.
• Participate in team meetings and provide feedback for improvement.
• Develop processes, playbooks, templates, or tools for internal improvement.

Requirements

• 3+ years of customer-facing service delivery or similar role.
• 1+ years of Aviation experience.
• Strong leadership qualities and problem-solving management skills.
• Excellent judgment, risk management, and issue mitigation skills.
• Strong ability to plan, organize, prioritize, and tackle problems independently.
• Excellent communication (oral and written), interpersonal, and organizational skills.
