About the position
The Service Manager at Popeyes is responsible for ensuring a memorable dining experience for customers while leading and training the service team. This role emphasizes teamwork, guest satisfaction, and operational excellence, with a focus on training, administrative tasks, and maintaining restaurant standards.
Responsibilities
- Provide training and execution of service standards to team members.
- Ensure adherence to Cajun Hospitality and suggestive selling techniques.
- Manage drive-thru service with speed initiatives and cross-train team members.
- Communicate effectively between the service and production teams.
- Handle guest complaints and manage service alerts.
- Complete weekly forecasts, food orders, and staff schedules.
- Conduct weekly reviews and goal setting for team performance.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining and service areas.
- Ensure proper closing procedures are followed and service tracker is completed daily.
Requirements
- Mid-level experience in auto service management or similar roles.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to handle guest complaints effectively.
- Experience with training and onboarding new team members.
