Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Capability to obtain a CDL, Class A or B with applicable endorsements.
• Ability to secure all necessary customer clearances (e.g., TWIC, DISA).
• Eligibility to obtain DOT Medical card.
• A clean driving record.
• 2 to 5 years of technical work experience, particularly in industrial or commercial process water systems.
• Comprehensive experience in electrical, mechanical, diesel, or fusion systems depending on business unit requirements.
• Proficient in working autonomously and capable of mentoring entry-level technicians.
• Strong technical acumen and familiarity with Microsoft Office suite.
• Demonstrated customer service skills.
• Critical thinking and troubleshooting abilities.
