About the position

M9 Solutions is seeking a ServiceNow Admin/Developer to work on a government contract in Chantilly, VA. The role involves designing, developing, and implementing solutions within the ServiceNow platform, with a focus on continual service improvements across various modules. An active TS/SCI clearance is required for this position.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement solutions within the ServiceNow platform.
• Maintain and perform continual service improvements across various modules, including ITSM, HRSD, WSD, and SPM.
• Support the design, development, implementation, and optimization of information management and workflow solutions within ServiceNow.
• Establish new capabilities and transition workflows from other business applications to ServiceNow.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders, leaders, and other team members to collect requirements, analyze workflows, and develop and execute technical solutions.
• Document developed products, manage changes, perform administrative tasks, and assist with report creation and dashboard configuration.
• Apply excellent teamwork, customer service, and technical skills to streamline business processes for effective mission delivery.
• Gather and translate requirements into technical solutions in collaboration with team members and stakeholders.
• Document developed products, handle change management, and manage reporting and dashboard maintenance.
• Optimize business processes for mission delivery through effective problem-solving and analytical skills.

Requirements

• Active TS/SCI security clearance.
• Ability to work on-site in Chantilly, VA.
• Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field.
• One or more certifications: ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD), Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS), or Certified System Administrator (CSA).
• 5+ years of in-depth experience implementing ServiceNow Architecture and ServiceNow Scripting.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development, specifically within the ITSM, HRSD, WSD, and SPM modules.
• 5+ years of proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and REST APIs.
• 5+ years of experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
• 10+ years of experience with troubleshooting production problems related to software applications.
• Professional demeanor with a team-focused attitude, contributing effectively to team goals.
• Responsible handling of confidential and sensitive information.
• Demonstrates initiative in optimizing business processes for effective mission delivery.
• In-depth understanding of ServiceNow Architecture and Scripting, with a strong focus on best practices and module-specific functionality.
• Ability to communicate technical information clearly and translate complex technical jargon into non-technical terms.
• Strong analytical skills and creative problem-solving abilities.
